“Foras Ta3mal” is an online employability portal that helps youth and job seekers find support to transition into the world of work. Available in Arabic and English, the portal provides resources ranging from entry level job and internship opportunities, to employability and entrepreneurship training. “Ta3mal” was launched by Silatech and Microsoft, while local partners provide specialized content and provide services directly to job seekers.

FHI 360, in partnership with Silatech and Microsoft, and funded by the USAID have launched and administrated “Foras Ta3mal” between 2013 and 2015; The Iraqi NGO “Rawanga” now manages the portal.
